Hello Trading World!
Welcome to the new Rhody Trader blog!
I decided to start this new site to give me an outlet for my thoughts, comments, and observations on trading and the markets which go beyond the educational focus of my other primary site, The Essentials of Trading. That site is exclusively for teaching. This one is for sharing ideas and whatnot. Basically, I’m not as constrained here to write in a very specific and focused way as I am on the Essentials site. Hopefully that allows me to link and and exchange views with a wide variety of traders, which is what I would really like to do.
Why Rhody Trader?
Well, that comes from the username (with or without the space, depending)Â I have long employed on sites like Trade2Win, BabyPips, Elite Trader, and other trading communitees. I was born and raised in Rhode Island (that’s the smallest state in the US, and not an island off New York, for those who don’t know). The state’s nickname is Rhody. I’m a trader. Put the two together and you get Rhody Trader.
